The Accu-strut will generally fit on any series Mini-14 or Mini-30, except for some important exceptions:

Early Minis use a version of the gas block that does not incorporate a center flange. The strut will still install on these models, but note that there will be no place to attach the rear set-screws. This may lead to a slippage problem with no easy way to fix.

Early GB models with folding stock, the newest Mini 14 tactical Model 5895 with Walnut folding stock and the 50th Anniversary Mini 14 have a special version of the gas block that have a side attachment point for the sling, and no center flange. Again, no rear attachment point, and possible slippage problems.

Compatibility
Harris bipod adaptor: strut sits forward a bit to accommodate "forks". May not be able to use the rear set-screws.
ASI Tuneable Gas Block: The Accu-strut will not work with this product due to interference with the adjustment screw.
Ultimak rail: Rear clamp must be shifted forward a bit to clear extended rail.
Amega Ranges rail: installs with no modification.

Mini 14 LT Barrel Accu-Strut
Received and installed my product last week. Have not yet had a chance to shoot my rifle after installing. Shipping was reasonable. Product itself seems sturdy and well-made. Would have helped to have more comprehensive and legible instructions for installation. LocTite provided with the product for reinforcement I found to be a bit low-end compared to normal LocTite. Otherwise, happy with my purchase, will see if it stays on for me after shooting.

Just recently installed the five and a half inch Acura strut to my mini-14 185 series. Talking about a cosmetic upgrade! With this acrua strut and the more reaper muzzle device man, my mini-14 doesn't even look like a mini-14 anymore! It looks more like a m4, maybe a mini m4 LOL. As for the accuracy improvement I haven't been able to take it to the range due to the weather. But I hope it does as well as the reviews state because of it does I'm going to be shooting an inch and a quarter groupings! If allowed I will do a follow-up once I do get a chance to take it to the range. Installation was a breeze and I think it's actually going to do its job as intended. I will know more upon taking it to the range. I will do a follow-up as I stated if I have the option

MoReaper Muzzle device
OMFG!!! It's absolutely beautiful!! Talking about an upgrade, the MoReaper is one to have. The hooded front pin site gives you so much more site acquisition and you can line up your site so much faster. The slip on installation using same roll pen as original site is a plus. It is a little complicated to install mainly meaning getting your front sight into a vertical position while installing the roll pin which is also included. The roll pin is roughly a eighth to a quarter inch longer. If you really want to vamp up the looks of your mini-14 how strongly suggest this. I have the prefix 185 series. And it works like a charm!
